RETURN POLICY For Language Quest Traveler
Our return policy is simple: we will take back most items (travel guides and maps) for any reason within 10 days of purchase for your original purchase price, minus a restocking fee of 20%. All items must be in as-new condition and be returned in the original packaging complete with all components. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the item(s) to us. We are not responsible for items lost-in-transit; so, we recommend that you use a shipping method that insures the return. We do not refund shipping fees. If you qualified for free shipping and your return drops the total order below the minimum, we will charge the standard shipping fee. If you qualified for a quantity discount and your return changes the quantity discount, your refund will be reduced to reflect the lower discount.
We do not accept any returns of travel books or maps after 10 days.
Merchandise that arrives damaged or items wrongly-shipped will be exchanged at no cost provided we are notified immediately (within 48 hours) upon receipt of damaged or wrongly-shipped merchandise. We will send you a replacement along with a pre-paid shipping package to return the damaged or wrongly shipped item to us.
If merchandise arrives damaged or items are wrongly-shipped and you choose not to have the item replaced, then restocking fees WILL apply.
There are a few items which are NOT returnable. NO VIDEO PRODUCTS, once opened, are returnable. NO SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, once opened, are returnable.
